We specialize in working with mission-driven organizations — nonprofits, schools, foundations, and community-focused brands — as well as local businesses that want to create impact. If your goal is to inspire, educate, or move people with your story, we’re the right partner.
Every project is customized. Costs vary depending on length, complexity, number of shoot days, crew size, and editing needs. Smaller social campaigns may start around $3,000–$5,000, while larger brand stories and multi-day productions often range from $10,000–$25,000+. We’ll work with you to design a package that aligns with both your vision and your budget.

A typical project takes 3–6 weeks from discovery to delivery. More complex series or campaigns may take longer, while shorter social content can often be turned around faster. Rush projects are possible depending on our schedule, just let us know your deadline.
We’re not just behind the camera. We help organizations clarify their message, understand their audience, and build a video strategy that actually drives results. From campaign planning to platform-specific edits, we ensure your story creates the impact you are aiming for.
Yes! Many of our best projects come from working closely with in-house teams. We can slot in where you need us — leading the full creative process or supporting your existing strategy with high-quality production.
Not necessarily. Some of the most powerful films are told through the voices of those you serve — clients, staff, students, or community members. If you do appear on camera, we’ll coach you and make the process easy, authentic, and stress-free.
We include review and revision rounds in every project. You’ll get opportunities to provide feedback after the first edit and we’ll refine until the video matches your goals.
Onwards Collective is based in Santa Barbara, California, and we regularly serve clients across the Central Coast and beyond. We’re also available to travel for projects throughout the U.S. and internationally.
The best first step is a discovery call. We’ll talk through your goals, answer your questions, and outline next steps. You can reach us by sending us an email or by booking directly via our online scheduler.
